Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At House of Madhulika, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.

Returns

We do not accept returns after an order has been delivered.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contacthouseofmadhulika@gmail.com.

Exchanges are available only if product is damaged. 

A ₹100 pickup fee applies.

Items must be unused, with original tags and invoice.

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear images.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting 3% payment gateway charges.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Slight variations in colour, finish, or texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of our products.
