Order Processing

  • We only work with ready-to-ship products, ensuring most orders are dispatched within 48 working hours of receiving the order.

  • Our team will keep you updated once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged.

Serviceability & Exceptions

  • If your delivery pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will ship via Speed Post, which may take 4–5 additional days for delivery.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Our standard shipping method is air courier.

  • You can expect delivery within 8–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Delays in Shipping

  • In rare cases of unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email.

  • Once the order is ready to be shipped, you will be informed immediately.
